Anti Blocking Measures

* The separation crystallization section adopts a diversion system(patented product: ZL.2013 20840043.1)
The mold adopts a patented diversion system, the design structure has no dead Angle, in line with the principle of crystallization salt flow and deposition, to ensure that all crystallization salt collected salting-out legs, and finally discharged through the discharge pump.

Low boiling organic matter pretreatment technology to solve the problem of organic matter affecting evaporation efficiency. 
 
  • The heat source is exhaust steam from multi effect evaporation, which saves energy; 
  • Removing multi effect low boiling non condensable steam greatly increases heat transfer efficiency and reduces non condensable steam heat loss; 
  • Combined with multi effect evaporation, the structure is streamlined and the process is smooth, achieving automatic continuous operation; 
  • The evaporation of a single low boiling organic compound can be recycled and reused; Reduce investment and operating costs.

Foam Removal and Defoaming Measures

A specially designed defogger specifically designed for evaporation systems, capable of creating an efficient and interlocking defogging flow field. These efficient multi-stage demisters can remove liquid droplets from secondary steam from large to small, reducing product loss. When dirty secondary steam enters the demister, it comes into contact and collides with the demister, forming a agglomeration effect. Droplets leave the secondary steam downwards due to factors such as gravity or centrifugal force, so that the demister treated secondary steam can leave the demister.

Backwash pipeline to prevent pipeline blockage

Online flushing of the discharge pipeline (using preheated raw liquid to flush the discharge pipeline to prevent crystal settlement from sticking to the pipe wall). The discharge process is usually intermittent, and the lack of liquid flow in the pipeline can easily lead to pipe blockage. Online flushing effectively solves the problem of pipe blockage in the discharge pipeline.

Falling film distribution technology

Falling film distribution technology, uniform film distribution technique, increases evaporation efficiency and saves worktime. 
 
  • Circular baffles are used for feeding, ensuring uniform flow in all directions; 
  • Optimized design of partition cross-sectional area with minimal liquid level fluctuations; 
  • The flow rate of the film distributor is stable and uniform in all directions; 
  • The inlet of the film dispenser adopts a tangent method and spiral liquid inlet to ensure the thickness and uniformity of the film.

Anti caking core technology, self stirring technology for salt precipitation legs

In response to the problem of crystal salt agglomeration and blockage of the discharge outlet during the evaporation process, a stirring device is installed in the salt precipitation process to crush large and blocky crystal particles.

Crystalline salt discharge adopts a cyclone device (Patent product: ZL.201310698433.4)

By reducing the ratio of crystalline material to liquid (up to 1:15), the heat loss caused by blockage of the turbid liquid circulation channel is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of the centrifuge is increased.
