PUMP

A pump is a machine that conveys or pressurizes fluid. It transmits the mechanical energy or other external energy of the prime mover to the liquid, increasing the energy of the liquid. The pump is mainly used to transport water, oil, acid-base liquid, emulsion, suspended lotion, liquid metal and other liquids, as well as gas mixture and liquid containing suspended solids.

Axial Flow Pump

The evaporative circulation axial flow pump is a centrifugal machine used for the evaporation of liquids.
It consists of an impeller and a stator:
  The rotor part includes a rotor and a bearing;
  The stator part is composed of components such as a suction chamber and a discharge chamber fixed to the casing.

Centrifugal Pump

GFL series is a maintenance free vertical centrifugal pump of single stage and single suction structure. It is an updated product based on old series ISG,which is manufactured based on ISO2858 standard,therefore its noise is sharply reduced.And it is maintenance free,and its life has been multiply prolonged. Meanwhile,according to the different temperature and environment,the models of hot water and low noise are derived from GFL series,such derivatives conform to the requirements of the updated national standard JB/T53058-93.

Vacuum Pump

2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping out gas and water vapor, the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum). When transformer oil is used as working fluid (called oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar absolute pressure (99.3% vacuum).
When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum, a gas tundish protection tube should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate the gas tundish sound. When used as compressor, the power of 2BV pump will increase with the increase of exhaust pressure, so you should specify the exhaust pressure when ordering to select the appropriate motor power.

Centrifugal Compressor

Centrifugal Steam compressor is core equipment with high technology, which play important role in MVR evaporator system. Compared with Roots compressor, steam compressor developed by our company, have many advantages like wide working range, easy maintenance, lower noise and better reliability etc.

Roots Compressor

The secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed by the compressor to increase its pressure and temperature, and the enthalpy of the steam increases accordingly. The steam with increased enthalpy is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator for use as heating steam, maintaining the boiling state of the feed liquid, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. In this way, the latent heat in the secondary steam is fully utilized, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation.

Magnetic Suspension Compressor

Magnetic levitation air compressor is a high-tech industrial product that integrates mature technologies such as magnetic levitation, frequency conversion, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, and high-speed impeller. Active suspension magnetic bearings can maintain the compressor rotor in the optimal position. Variable frequency technology enables low current starting and intelligent adjustment of the compressor under all operating conditions. LWL-series Centrifuge

Horizontal screen worm centrifuge is an advanced solid-liquid separation equipment featuring low energy consumption, high performance, high automation, high production efficiency, good separation effect, and continuous working capability. After the suspension enters the centrifuge, the liquid phase is discharged out through the screen and the holes on the bowl wall under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed revolution of the bowl, while the solid phase is retained on the screen to form a cake layer and then pushed to the discharge port through the spiral under the action of the relative differential. In this way, automatic and continuous separation of the solid and liquid phases is realized.

HR-series Centrifuger

Driven by the driving motor, the transmission device operates at full speed to bring the materials into the inner basket through the feeding pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials are evenly distributed onto the screen wall of the inner basket, where the liquid phase flows into the liquid discharge pipe through the screen and pores on the basket wall, while the solid phase is retained on the screen to form a cake layer. The inner basket and outer basket revolve at the same speed. Driven by the piston, the inner basket moves in the axial direction repeatedly and reciprocally to make the pushing tray to push the materials from the inner basket to the outer basket for further separation, where annular cake layers are formed. Continuously pushed by the outer end face of the inner basket, the materials are discharged out of the outer basket and then be conveyed out of the equipment through the material scrapping slot.
