Typical applications include rare earth leaching and extraction wastewater, nickel-cobalt smelting wastewater from new-energy material production, cold-rolling pickling wastewater containing hydrochloric or sulfuric acid, and desulfurization waste liquid or mother liquor.
 

According to the wastewater composition and treatment requirements, MVR evaporation, multi-effect evaporation, crystallization, solid-liquid separation, and mother liquor treatment can be combined to reduce wastewater volume, separate dissolved salts, remove heavy metals, and recover reusable salt resources. The system also helps reduce downstream treatment loads and supports water reuse, compliant discharge, or zero liquid discharge.
