Salted wastewater usually contains a large amount of high boiling point organic matter, which cannot evaporate with water vapor during the evaporation process, nor can it enter the solid salt that crystallizes after concentration. Therefore, these organic compounds remain in the mother liquor and gradually increase during the enrichment process, affecting the evaporation of the system and causing a decrease in the quality of the obtained salt. Therefore, it needs to be discharged irregularly. The treatment of discharged mother liquor uses a mother liquor drying system to form solid impurities, ultimately achieving zero discharge of wastewater(ZLD).
