Evaporative and crystallization system of chemical wastewater

Wastewater from chemical enterprises includes production wastewater and high-concentration saltwater. Production wastewater can be discharged or reused after physical, chemical, and biochemical treatment, but high-concentration saltwater will still be produced during the reuse process.

High-concentration saltwater treatment is the key to wastewater treatment, and its main technology is evaporation and crystallization, which is divided into multi-effect evaporation and Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR). Multi-effect evaporation is the process of connecting multiple evaporators in series, using secondary steam as a heat source. Although steam energy consumption is high, the technology is mature and suitable for low-pressure steam production enterprises. MVR utilizes a vapor compressor to increase the temperature and pressure of secondary vapor for recycling, with high investment but low steam consumption.
